President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico on the sidelines of the summit in Yerevan; the parties discussed cooperation, exchange of visits, and support for EU accession, a path on which Slovakia is ready to help, the Head of State reported on social media on Monday, UNN writes.

"Met with the Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico in Yerevan," Zelenskyy stated.
Ukraine, according to him, is "open to constructive dialogue with Slovakia and interested in developing strong relations."
"We discussed cooperation in various fields and the holding of a government meeting in the format of an intergovernmental commission in the near future. We talked about the exchange of visits to Kyiv and Bratislava – we agreed that the teams will work on the schedule," the President indicated.
The issue of Ukraine's membership in the European Union was also touched upon. It is important that Slovakia supports Ukraine's accession to the EU and is ready to help on this path. Thank you for this
