President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Oleh Fedoriv as head of the Center for Special Operations "A" of the Security Service of Ukraine. The President also appointed Olena Voronova as head of the Personnel Management Department of the SBU. This is stated in the relevant decrees, reports UNN.

By Decree No. 673/2026, Oleh Fedoriv was appointed as head of the Center for Special Operations "A" of the Security Service of Ukraine.
By Decree No. 672/2026, Olena Voronova was appointed as head of the Personnel Management Department of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Zelenskyy also appointed:
- Oleksandr Prykhodion - head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Crimea;
- Oleksandr Sudyk - head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Zhytomyr region;
- Oleksii Holoborodko - head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Mykolaiv region;
- Yaroslav Pylyp - head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Lviv region;
- Oleh Krasnoshapka - head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Ternopil region;
- Vitalii Mryha - head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Poltava region;
- Kostiantyn Semeniuk - head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Sumy region;
- Oleh Shvorak - head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in Chernivtsi region.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Yevhenii Khmara, whom the Cabinet of Ministers today appointed as acting Minister of Defense, from the position of acting head of the Security Service of Ukraine and from the position of head of the Center for Special Operations "A" of the SBU.
