Solovyov called for the liquidation of Zelenskyy, Budanov, and designer Denys Shtilerman. The threats appeared following successful attacks on targets deep inside Russia.

Russian propaganda, in agony after another series of strikes on Russian targets, has moved on to open threats to eliminate not only Ukrainian military and political leaders, but also weapons manufacturers. One of the Kremlin’s main mouthpieces, Vladimir Solovyov, stated live that in order to stop strikes on Russian territory, it is necessary to eliminate Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Head of the Presidential Office Kirill Budanov, and Denis Shtilerman, co-owner and chief designer of the Ukrainian long-range weapons manufacturer Fire Point, writes UNN.

The most reliable way to stop strikes deep into our territory is to introduce personal responsibility for the people who manufacture the means of destruction and make decisions about their use. I'll tell you this: as soon as these terrorists—Zelenskyy, Budanov, Shtilerman, the owners of the companies, (...)—are destroyed, the next ones who want to get into this business will start thinking very seriously,

- the Russian propagandist stated.

Such statements were made against the backdrop of another successful attack by Ukrainian long-range drones on strategic facilities in the Leningrad region of the Russian Federation. The hysterical reaction of Russian propaganda only confirms: strikes on the Russian rear are becoming increasingly painful for the Kremlin.

The strike on Saint Petersburg that caused agony in the Russian Federation

On the morning of June 3, numerous explosions were heard in the Leningrad region during a large-scale attack by Ukrainian drones. According to OSINT analysts, the strike resulted in a fire on the territory of JSC "Petersburg Oil Terminal" – one of the largest oil product transshipment complexes in northwestern Russia.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the strikes on important facilities on the territory of the aggressor state.

This strike became particularly symbolic because it took place on the opening day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), which Russia has dubbed its main economic event.

The Fire Point company, co-owned and chief-designed by Denys Shtilerman, is among the Ukrainian manufacturers of weapons for deep strike and middle strike. The enterprise is engaged in the development and production of strike drones and missile systems used to hit targets deep in the Russian rear, including the Ukrainian "Flamingo" missile.

After the attack, Shtilerman ironically commented on its results on the social network X.

Because of such distinguished guests (Rodney Mims Cook Jr., Chairman of the Commission of Fine Arts under the US President's administration – ed.) and the importance of the event itself, we could not ignore it — and urgently flew to Piter. But there is a nuance)) We really wanted to give the guests a tour of the cruiser "Moskva", but, unfortunately, we couldn't bring it — so we had to minus two other ships right at the venue. I hope all SPIEF-2026 guests will breathe deeply and enjoy the views

- Shtilerman wrote  on his page on the social network X.

During the strikes in Kronstadt, the corvette "Boikiy" was destroyed ; in 2025, it had repeatedly escorted ships of the Russian shadow fleet in the English Channel.

It was after these strikes that a real hysteria began in the Russian information space. While previously Russian propaganda traditionally threatened the Ukrainian military and political leadership, now Ukrainian weapons manufacturers have officially been added to this list.

Carelessness or playing into the enemy's hands?

The situation looks particularly telling against the backdrop of criticism of Fire Point within Ukraine. In particular, the head of the Anti-Corruption Action Center, Vitaliy Shabunin, has repeatedly questioned the effectiveness of the company's products and even proposed its nationalization, claiming that the enterprise has not demonstrated sufficient results.

However, the reaction of the Russian side looks much more eloquent than any internal discussions. After all, if Fire Point's products were truly ineffective, it is unlikely that one of the main Kremlin propagandists would publicly call for the liquidation of its co-owner on par with the country's leadership.

This story takes on even greater significance given President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's warning that the Russians are preparing new strikes on Ukrainian defense enterprises and weapons manufacturers. Despite this, certain "activists" continue to demand maximum disclosure of information about Fire Point and its activities.

In this regard, a logical question arises: have we become so careless that we are ready to practically hand over information on a silver platter to the enemy about enterprises that produce weapons for strikes on its strategic facilities? Especially after Russian propaganda openly included Fire Point in its "hit list."
