"Today – our warriors, combat brigades: the 31st and 67th mechanized, the 20th Army Corps. I want to thank you, warriors! Today we have a lot of work here with the brigades, and I am grateful for the honesty in your assessments," Zelenskyy noted in his traditional evening address on Friday.
According to him, there is an understanding that "we need more GRS and higher performance characteristics for GRS."
"We will try to add more funding, in particular so that brigades can refine their developments, and so that everything necessary can be done promptly right here on the spot for specific tasks. I thank every warrior and all our commanders who are truly creative in their developments and creative in their decisions. Everything that helps protect the lives of our warriors and destroy the occupier will be supported," the President noted.
"We have recorded the existing supply deficits – I will hold a meeting of the Staff based on what we discussed today,"
According to him, they spoke in detail about logistics – logistics of all types, including the supply of our positions, as well as things like road repairs throughout the territory near the front. "The Dnipro region, in particular, needs to work more on this; the quality of roads is, above all, the speed of rescuing wounded warriors. There were also important matters regarding the protection of Nikopol and Marhanets – a very severe drone threat. Special attention was paid to the Donetsk region and key defense sectors in the region. I thank everyone who fights for Ukraine, everyone who defends the state and remembers their brothers-in-arms – helps and cares," the President indicated.
