President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, following the meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff, announced that the "Contract 18-24" program is planned to be extended to other brigades. In particular, it is planned to add brigades of the National Guard and the State Border Guard Service. Zelenskyy stated this in his evening address, reports UNN.

The Ministry of Defense launched a program of one-year contracts for volunteers aged 18-24 with a payment of UAH 1 million. According to Lazutkin, after signing the contract, the volunteer first receives 200 thousand hryvnias, after completing training - 300 thousand hryvnias, literally within 5 working days.
One-year contracts for volunteers aged 18-24 are aimed at attracting those who are not subject to mobilization, so there is no injustice towards servicemen who have served for a long time.
The project of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine "Contract 18-24" will be expanded to 11 more brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard.
