Repair services are restoring electricity supply to settlements in Kikvidzensky, Uryupinsky, Novonikolaevsky, and Novoaninsky districts, which are adjacent to the Balashovska substation.
"According to preliminary data, there are no damages to residential buildings or casualties," he added.
