Units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have struck 13 energy infrastructure facilities in the temporarily occupied territories of southern and eastern Ukraine over the past 72 hours. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Unmanned Systems Forces.

In total, as part of the operation "Crimean Switch Off," which has been ongoing since July 1, 177 energy targets have been attacked.
"The 'Crimean Switch Off' is raging in the South: plus 13 energy nodes were worked out by the 'Birds' of the USF over 72 hours. The total tally during the operation from July 1 to August 2 amounted to 177 energy targets in the temporarily occupied territories," the statement reads.
According to the USF, among the struck facilities is the energy infrastructure of the Zuyivska Thermal Power Plant in the temporarily occupied Zuhres, Donetsk region. The strike on the facility was carried out by servicemen of the second battalion, Wormbusters, of the 414th separate brigade of unmanned systems "Madar's Birds."
In the temporarily occupied Mariupol, several large energy facilities came under attack simultaneously. In particular, these include the "Myrna" substation with a voltage of 330 kV, the "Azovska-220" substation with a voltage of 220 kV, as well as the "Misto-6," "Misto-11," and "Misto-2" substations with a voltage of 110 kV. The strikes on these facilities were carried out by the first separate center of the Unmanned Systems Forces.
In the Kherson region, Ukrainian drones repeatedly attacked the "Henichesk" substation with a voltage of 150 kV. The strikes on this facility involved the ninth battalion "Kairos" of the 414th separate brigade of the USF "Madar's Birds" and the 413th separate regiment of unmanned systems "Raid."
Also, the "Raid" unit struck the "Novooleksiivka" substation with a voltage of 150 kV in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, the targets of the Unmanned Systems Forces were the "Topolyne" substation with a voltage of 110 kV, the "Makorty" substation in Berdiansk, the "Volodarska" substation in temporarily occupied Mykilske, as well as another electrical substation in Berdiansk.
Strikes on these facilities were carried out by units of the 427th separate brigade of unmanned systems "Rarog," the 413th separate regiment of the USF "Raid," and the fifth battalion of the 414th separate brigade "Madar's Birds."
The Unmanned Systems Forces stated that as a result of the operation, power outages are being recorded in the areas of the Zuyivska TPP, Mariupol, Henichesk, Berdiansk, and other settlements in the temporarily occupied territories.

The operation is aimed at disrupting the operation of energy infrastructure that Russian occupation forces use to support military facilities, logistics hubs, and other elements of their presence in the captured territories of Ukraine.
