According to Fedorov, the main task is to reduce the cost and scale the production of interceptor missiles, particularly taking into account the threat of the emergence of jet-powered "Shaheds."

"Our task is to scale production dozens of times and have a stockpile of such missiles for the autumn-winter period. We want to scale and reduce the cost of interceptor missiles to prepare for the appearance of jet-powered Shaheds,"

 - the minister said.

He noted that such solutions should strengthen the protection of Ukraine's critical infrastructure along with the use of interceptor drones.
