The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has for the first time initiated and prepared Ukraine's strategy for the Arctic, Antarctic, and World Ocean. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Andriy Sybiha, as reported by UNN.
