White voters without a college degree have become mass-disillusioned with Trump's economy. Approval ratings among this key electorate have fallen to 33-47 percent.

White voters without a college degree, who have long been the backbone of U.S. President Donald Trump's political coalition, are increasingly viewing his economic policies negatively. This is evidenced by a review of polls reported by The New York Times, as relayed by UNN.

According to The New York Times, during the 2018 midterm elections, Republicans lost more than three dozen seats in the House of Representatives due to Donald Trump's unpopularity.

But even in defeat, Republicans were not completely routed that year — the party actually gained ground in the Senate — because white working-class voters largely maintained faith in Mr. Trump's economic expertise. Today, that once deep reservoir of goodwill has largely evaporated,

According to polling data, white voters without a college degree are, for the first time, seriously doubting how the president is managing the economy.

While during the first midterm elections they approved of his performance in the economic sphere by a margin of 30 or more percentage points, recent polls now show disapproval ratings ranging from 14 to over 30 points.

According to the publication, the decline in support for Donald Trump's economic policies is observed among almost all voter groups. It has become most noticeable precisely among his traditional supporters.

Polls now regularly show that a majority of white voters who did not graduate from college no longer approve of Mr. Trump's handling of the economy. Examples of his low ratings include polls from Fox News (33 percent approval), CBS News (39 percent), NPR/PBS/Marist (40 percent), CNN (43 percent), and The New York Times/Siena College (47 percent). In other words, he has lost the trust of his most loyal supporters on the most pressing issue of the year,
