Consequences of the shelling
Ukrenergo reports that Russian UAVs attacked two substations in the southern region at night. After a night attack by enemy drones in Odesa region, a substation of the National Energy Company Ukrenergo was damaged. 195 thousand consumers are without electricity. . The movement of electric transport was also stopped, and industrial electricity consumption was limited.
Due to the damage to power equipment in Odesa and Odesa region, power companies are forced to extend the periods of consumption restrictions.
This is necessary to protect the surviving equipment from overloading, which can cause additional technological damage
The Ministry of Energy said that the strike in Odesa region resulted in the shutdown of a wind farm and a local thermal power plant. In addition, the enemy attacked a substation of NPC Ukrenergo in Mykolaiv region. The consequences of the attack are being assessed.
Meanwhile, all consumers in Khmelnytsky region have been supplied with electricity, but network restrictions may be introduced during peak electricity consumption hours (in the morning and evening).
The Ministry of Energy adds that a fire and gas leak have been localized at a gas facility in Lviv region that was attacked by the enemy. The situation is under control. There is no threat to gas supplies to consumers.
The situation in Kharkiv region remains the most difficult. Emergency repair works at the affected power facilities continue 24/7. Specialists of Ukrenergo and regional power distribution companies are working to create backup power supply schemes for consumers

Import/Export
During the day, Ukraine plans to import from Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Moldova. The total volume is 14,870 MWh, with a maximum capacity of up to 1,271 MW in some hours.
