The court kept Ryumshin, the ex-commander of the "Anna Kyivska" brigade, in custody, but reduced the amount of bail again

The Kyiv Court of Appeal has kept Dmytro Ryumshin, the former commander of the 155th Brigade who allowed mass desertion of his subordinates, in custody until April 20, but again reduced the amount of bail. This time to UAH 34 million. This was announced by Ryumshin's lawyer Andriy Yosypov on his Facebook page, UNN reports.

The Kyiv Court of Appeal partially satisfied the complaint against the decision to extend the detention and determined an alternative to detention - bail in the amount of UAH 35 million, reducing it by UAH 8 million 

- said Yosypov.

In March, Yosypov reported that the court had extended Ryumshin's detention until April 20.

In January, the State Bureau of Investigation, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, detained the former commander of the 155th separate mechanized brigade named after Anna Kyivska, Dmytro Ryumshin, who allowed the desertion of his subordinates, including in France, where the brigade was undergoing training.
