The Armed Forces of Ukraine have reacted to a video circulating on social media showing the use of force against a man in handcuffs, confirming the fact of the offense. This was reported by the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Military Law Enforcement Service on Facebook, according to UNN.

The Land Forces Command noted that the video captures the use of force against a serviceman.
At the same time, assumptions appeared online regarding the alleged involvement of the commander of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade; however, the Armed Forces of Ukraine denied this.
"The commander of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade is not the person captured in the video and is not involved in the actions depicted in it,"
Investigation and the victim's condition
An official investigation has been ordered into the incident to establish all the circumstances of the event and provide a legal assessment of the actions of those involved.

The Military Law Enforcement Service reported that the fact of the offense has been confirmed, and a search is underway for the serviceman involved in the beating.
The victim is receiving the necessary medical assistance, and the command is maintaining contact with his family.
