The British Prime Minister and the NATO Secretary General discussed further support for Ukraine and recognized the role of the United States in the ceasefire. They reaffirmed Europe's readiness to support a lasting peace.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer discussed further support for Ukraine with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. This happened in Paris on the eve of the "Coalition of the Willing" meeting, UNN reports, citing the official website of the British government.

They discussed their unwavering support for Ukraine, agreeing that Europe must do everything possible to keep them in the fight and continue to put pressure on Putin

Both leaders recognized the vital role of the United States in shaping the path to a ceasefire agreement. They also reaffirmed that Europe is ready to support a strong and lasting peace when it comes.

Starmer also reaffirmed his unwavering support for NATO as "the cornerstone of our security."
