A new wave of Russia's information campaign aimed at discrediting Ukraine and encouraging citizens to leave the country has been recorded on social media. This was reported by the Ministry of Social Policy, citing the Center for Countering Disinformation, UNN reports.

According to experts, videos created with artificial intelligence are being widely distributed on TikTok. In them, allegedly Ukrainians who have already left for European countries talk about "poor living conditions in Ukraine" and encourage others to leave the country.
It is noted that such videos are stylized as ordinary selfie videos — as if people are recording them while walking through the streets of European cities, which is supposed to create an effect of authenticity.
At the same time, the agency emphasizes that these materials are fake and generated using artificial intelligence. They are part of a coordinated information operation by Russia.
The goal of this campaign is to create the impression of Ukraine as a "country without a future," to strengthen migration sentiment among the population, and to undermine trust in state institutions and provoke social tension.
The Ministry of Social Policy urges citizens to be critical of content on social media, check information sources, and not spread dubious materials.
