Russia attacked Ukraine with 542 drones and 37 missiles; 26 missiles and 515 drones were shot down or suppressed, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Friday, writes UNN.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of April 3 (from 18:00 on April 2), the enemy launched a combined attack on critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine using attack UAVs, air-launched and ground-launched missiles.
In total, the radio-technical troops of the Air Force recorded 579 air attack assets:
- 10 Iskander-M ballistic missiles (launch areas – Kursk, Rostov regions, Russia);
- 25 Kh-101 cruise missiles (launch area – from the airspace of the Samara region, Russia);
- 2 Iskander-K cruise missiles (launch area – Rostov region, Russia);
- 542 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas type attack UAVs and drones of other types from the directions: Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, Shatalovo, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia, Gvardeyskoye, Chauda, temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, over 330 of them – "Shaheds".
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 14:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 541 targets – 26 missiles and 515 drones of various types: 24 Kh-101 cruise missiles; 2 Iskander-K cruise missiles; 515 enemy UAVs of various types. Hits of 11 missiles and 27 attack UAVs were recorded at 20 locations, as well as the fall of downed (fragments) UAVs at 22 locations
