The enemy is once again deliberately targeting critical infrastructure and logistics in Odesa region. This night, Russia attacked maritime infrastructure facilities in Izmail with attack drones. Several hits were recorded on the port's territory. Individual elements of infrastructure and equipment, and a vessel under the Panamanian flag, were damaged.
"At night, the enemy massively attacked civilian and port infrastructure in the south of Odesa region with drones. A civilian vessel under the Panamanian flag, a pier, and a barge were damaged on the territory of Izmail port. Port equipment also suffered damage," - added the head of the Regional Military Administration Kiper.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, as a result of the hits, a car service station building was destroyed and subsequently caught fire. 2 passenger buses and 7 cars were destroyed. 6 private houses were also hit, with damaged roofs. An ambulance was also damaged.
According to the Vice Prime Minister, a fire broke out as a result of one of the hits, which was quickly extinguished. The most important thing, Kuleba noted, is that there were no casualties.
"Despite another attack, the operation of the critical infrastructure facility remains stable. Emergency recovery work is already underway at the site," Kuleba said.
