On the evening of August 12 and during the night of August 13, a series of explosions rang out in the occupied cities of Sevastopol, Berdiansk, Melitopol, Henichesk, Donetsk, and Mariupol, after which large-scale power outages began in the cities. According to the movement, at least eight powerful explosions rang out in Sevastopol near the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant. A major fire allegedly broke out there after the attack, and several districts of the city lost power. Later, "ATESH" also reported problems with communications and the internet.

In Berdiansk, the movement's agents reported a very powerful explosion. Later, a large group of drones was allegedly recorded there, as well as in the area of the Kirov substation. According to "ATESH," more than 20 aerial targets were in the area.
The outages affected several occupied cities
At approximately 23:38, "ATESH" reported large-scale power outages in Sevastopol, Berdiansk, Melitopol, and Henichesk.
After that, a new series of explosions rang out in Melitopol. During the night, several explosions were also recorded in Donetsk's Budonivskyi district.
At approximately 1:03 a.m. on August 13, "ATESH" reported a powerful explosion near the Azovstal plant in Mariupol and a dense column of black smoke. About an hour later, the movement reported a complete loss of electricity in the city.
