The keynote speaker on the first day of the conference will be the President of Vietnam, To Lam. He is expected to outline Hanoi's vision regarding the security situation in the region and the development of international cooperation.
On Saturday, U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth will speak at the Shangri-La Dialogue. His speech is expected to focus on American security policy in Asia and relations with key partners in the region.
