Ukraine is considering the possibility of changing approaches to the deferment (reservation) of enterprise employees amid a shortage of personnel in the army. This was stated by Serhiy Nahorniak, a Member of Parliament from the "Servant of the People" party, on Ranok.LIVE, reports UNN.

According to him, the state previously tried to maximize the retention of specialists in critical industries, particularly in the energy sector, to ensure the stable operation of infrastructure.
At the same time, given the current situation at the front, the authorities are considering options for a partial revision of such decisions.
People without restrictions and qualified specialists work at enterprises - and, accordingly, they are being considered as a resource for replenishing the military
He added that possible changes are related to the urgent defense needs of the country and may be a forced step.
Currently, no final decisions have been made on this matter.
