The Russians continue to bring newly formed units to Zaporizhzhya region, but this week the number of units has slightly decreased. This was reported by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andriushchenko, UNN reports.

Details

The priority of displacement is Zaporizhzhia region (Rozivka/Poly). Fully formed units continue to enter. However, this week the traffic has slowed down a bit and started to decrease. At the same time, the number of "manned" units has increased. That is, Russians are selecting personnel from training bases along the coast of the Mariupol-Berdiansk agglomeration. We are also seeing a reduction in training time to 10-15 days at most. These "stormtroopers" are moving to the north of the region

- Andriushchenko said.

He also said that last week, instead of two lost S-300 systems, the Russians installed at least one new S-300 system in the Mariupol region. It was deployed from the Berdiansk direction.

"Conclusion. The Russians frankly do not have time to replace losses in the current state of mobilization. This dynamic, despite attempts to accumulate a "shock fist" in Zaporizhzhia, fails for the second time and they are forced to throw Zaporizhzhia's reserves to the area of Toretsk and Chasiv Yar. All of this points to the approach of an official intensified mobilization in Russia. Without this, they will not only not be able to pull out additional attack points, but may begin to experience a certain lack of resources for defense," Andriushchenko added.

Recall

Earlier, Andriushchenko stated that the enemy continues to move equipment and personnel towards the Rozovsky district of Zaporizhzhia region. The occupiers' vehicles are frankly fresh, and the soldiers are wearing new uniforms, which may indicate newly formed contractor/mobilized units in Russia.

Dmytro Lykhoviy, a spokesman for the Tavria unit, said that the occupiers hold 90,000 troops in the Zaporizhzhia sector, but this is a relative figure that should not mislead or frighten anyone, because the sector is large. This number of Russian military personnel is dispersed over a large area and, in addition to participating in offensive operations, performs rear functions.

Lykhoviy also stated that there are no signs of an offensive group of Russians in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are ready to fight back in case of an offensive.
