A Russian "Iskander" missile struck a World Food Programme warehouse in Ukraine in Dnipro yesterday. According to Sybiha, despite recent discussions in the UN Security Council and repeated calls from the international community, Russia continues its barbaric attacks on humanitarian personnel and infrastructure objects.
