The Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) of the National Security and Defense Council has warned of a fake regarding an alleged "Law No. 395/2026," which supposedly provides for the disconnection of mobile communications during air raid alerts, UNN reports.
A fake is spreading in the Ukrainian information space about an alleged "Law No. 395/2026," which provides for the disconnection of mobile communications during air raid alerts. This information is not true,
The CCD emphasized: "No laws or resolutions regarding the restriction of mobile communications during air raid alerts have been adopted."
"The government resolution and the Presidential decree numbered '395/2026' concern entirely different issues and have no relation to the regulation of the telecommunications sector," the Center for Countering Disinformation noted.
