Zelenskyy: Russia's export losses at oil ports reach 43% in some areas; data shows Russian intentions to counter the Drone Deal initiative

Oil exports from Russian ports have dropped significantly due to Ukraine's long-range sanctions. The Kremlin is building up forces in Africa and attempting to disrupt Ukraine's defense investments.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that he received a foreign intelligence report on Russia's export losses in ports, which in some places reach 43%, Russian intentions to counter the Drone Deal direction, and new Kremlin threats in Africa, UNN reports.

An updated level of Russian export losses from Ukrainian long-range sanctions was recorded, namely: Primorsk port – minus 13% load, Novorossiysk – minus 38%, Ust-Luga – minus 43%. We believe that such internal Russian data may be understated. In turn, we will continue the operation to reduce Russian oil revenues and export volumes,
"Second – we received Russian documents defining the directions of their counteraction to our contacts with partners within the framework of Drone Deals. Russia's political leadership has already identified the possibility of Ukraine receiving additional investments as one of the main challenges, and depriving Ukraine of access to investments and disrupting our bilateral agreements on cooperation in the field of security and weapons production has been defined by Russia as a foreign policy priority," the President noted.
According to him, "Russia's special efforts in this context will be directed at countering our cooperation in the Middle East and the Gulf."
"The third aspect – Russian contingents in African countries have recently been increased by an additional 8,000 people, and Russia is trying to implement the use of drones in every country of presence through supplies, local production, and training. According to our assessment, the expansion of such Russian military activity could inevitably lead, unfortunately, to the modernization and strengthening of terrorist organizations, cross-border crime, and instability in regions of the world that are critical from a migration perspective," the Head of State indicated.
"It is important to counter this together – we will coordinate with partners. Glory to Ukraine!" Zelenskyy emphasized.
