Russia has not achieved its goals in the border areas of Sumy, Kharkiv, and Donetsk regions. Syrskyi reported on the tense situation and the preparation of new diplomatic strikes.

Russia has failed to achieve its set goals in the border regions of Ukraine and in the Donetsk region and is shifting its deadlines; it is attempting to intensify assaults but is only increasing its losses and failing to disrupt our operations, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported after receiving a briefing from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, where they also discussed "dip-strikes," UNN reports.
Report from Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi. Currently, the situation at the front is quite tense – the Russian army is trying to intensify its assault activity. However, this only leads to an increase in their losses and does not disrupt our operations. It is important that Russia has failed to achieve its set goals in the border areas of Sumy, Kharkiv, and Donetsk regions and is once again shifting its deadlines. In the Southern direction, our units continue to implement their defined tasks – I thank every unit, every soldier, sergeant, and officer for this. We also discussed the tasks regarding dip-strikes with the Commander-in-Chief. Glory to Ukraine!
