President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he had met with the new British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, UNN reports.

Today, together with the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Keir Starmer, we discussed several important issues. The main one is the situation at the frontline and the need for long-range weapons to be able to protect the lives of our people. He informed us about the approval of the Maritime Security Strategy of Ukraine. We will continue to work together to strengthen our maritime coalition
