We summarized the military results of the year. We analyzed the results of combat operations and our decisions. What we did right and what we could have done better. Taking into account these conclusions, forecasts and our capabilities, we determined the strategy for the use of the Defense Forces for the coming year
According to him, this year Ukraine "has not retreated in any direction on the ground, has regained the sea and made the sky safer."
"We continue to work as a team. I am grateful to each and every one of you who gives your best for the sake of Ukraine's victory," the President said.
