Zelensky changed the date of the celebration of the Day of Missile Forces and Artillery

The President signed a decree establishing a new date for the Day of Missile Troops and Artillery - December 4. The previous decree of 1997 has been repealed.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has set a new date for the Day of Missile Troops and Artillery - December 4, according to the text of presidential decree No. 748/2024 of November 2, UNN reports.
Honoring the courage and heroism of the soldiers of the missile troops and artillery, displayed in the struggle for freedom, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as in order to establish new military traditions, I hereby decree to establish the Day of Missile Troops and Artillery in Ukraine, which shall be celebrated annually on December 4
At the same time, the President declared the decree of the President of Ukraine of October 31, 1997, which established the Day of Missile Troops and Artillery on November 3, to be invalid.
This decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
