Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Zaluzhnyi is dissatisfied with the work of the TSC, pointing to the replacement and resignation of some leaders. He speaks of the need for qualified leadership of the TCC in the context of mobilization efforts.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhny, said he was not satisfied with the work of the TCC. Currently, some heads of the TCC are being replaced, and some are leaving their positions themselves. He stated this during a briefing, UNN reports.
"I am not satisfied with their work so far. If I were satisfied, we would not be discussing the draft law now. People who work in the TCC are a separate specialty... You need to have a certain set of knowledge, skills, and most importantly, a set of abilities that allow the TCC management to fulfill their duties. Both from outside the TCC and inside the TCC. But as of today, I would like to say that the territorial recruitment centers have not lost their ability to recruit personnel," Zaluzhnyi said.
He also said that some managers are already being replaced.
"As for the managers themselves, the work continues. As of now, we are already replacing some managers, some have left on their own...," Zaluzhny said.
