Military registration of women

А In general, the adoption of this norm could lead to a massive departure of women from Ukraine.
According to the General Staff, it is necessary to register about 10 million women will need to be registered. For this reason, it is now proposed to to leave the current legal provision in place - to register Ukrainian women who have a medical degree.
Women who have other specialties, will be registered only if they wish. To the provision proposed by the draft law is proposed to return to after martial law is lifted, introducing it in Ukraine in stages.
Rotation of Ukrainian military
In the current circumstances, it is impossible to determine the timing of of rotation of servicemen who have been continuously participating in combat for three or more months. in combat operations for three months or more, the General Staff notes.
They point out that Ukraine does not have enough trained people to conduct rotations. The General Staff claim that almost all military units are located in areas where they are performing specific tasks.
According to Zaluzhnyi, in the absence of guaranteed conscription, it is impossible to regulate the issue of long-term leave for military personnel participating in combat operations.
He proposes to remove the proposal for a 90-day vacation for defenders who, after the introduction of martial law, have served continuously continuously served for two years and participated in combat for about a year. in combat operations.
According to the draft law, it is proposed to to appoint people with an engineering degree to positions related to the the relevant specialty. However, Zaluzhnyi considers this provision inappropriate due to Lack of mobilization resources.
Dismissal from service.
Another comment concerns the issue of transfer of persons who have served in the CCC and JFO for three years to other positions in military units, except for persons with disabilities, women and other groups of military personnel.
