According to the published document, the comments of Zaluzhnyi's comments relate to the registration of women, the duration of military leave and dismissal from service of people with group II disabilities.
Military registration of women
Zaluzhnyi believes that registering all women of all women aged 17 to 60 could have negative consequences. There will be a greater burden on territorial recruitment and social support centers and medical institutions. А In general, the adoption of this norm could lead to a massive departure of women from Ukraine.

He proposes to remove from the draft law the provisions that would create grounds for discharging people with disabilities of the second group.
