We are at war and nonessential goods should be taxed. Therefore, the registration of cars and jewelry falls into this category. I believe that this is a fairly lenient approach we have proposed
He emphasized that Ukraine has to make a choice: either to finance its own army or to discuss taxes.
We believe that any goods should be taxed as in all civilized countries
