– high-precision and scalable strike means

– human-machine interaction technologies
The initiative is being implemented through a simplified procurement mechanism that allows for a faster transition from prototypes to production without lengthy tender procedures.
The command emphasizes that the program's goal is to ensure superiority in multi-domain conflicts, particularly in the maritime environment.
