Ukrainian footballer Yevhen Konoplyanka announces retirement

Ukrainian footballer Yevhen Konoplyanka, the third leading scorer in the history of the national team with 21 goals in 87 matches, has announced his retirement.
Ukrainian footballer Yevhen Konoplyanka has announced the end of his playing career, UNN reports with reference to the UAF.
"Yevhen Konoplyanka has announced the end of his playing career! We thank Kono for his emotions and performances in the national team of Ukraine, as well as for the worthy representation of our country at the international level," the statement said.
According to the UAF, Konoplyanka is the third highest scorer in the history of the national team, with 21 goals in 87 matches.
Yevhen Konoplyanka is a Ukrainian footballer, left winger of the Ukraine national team. Vice-captain of the national team of Ukraine (2015-2019). Winner of the Europa League (2015/16).
