The Ukrainian women's team won the European Firefighting and Rescue Sports Championships, taking first place based on the results of four events. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, writes UNN.

The decisive event was the fourth one — hose deployment using a motor pump. The Ukrainian women won bronze medals in it, while the Czech team took the victory.
However, the results of the previous three days secured Ukraine's overall victory. The Ukrainian team scored 6 points, taking three first places and one third place.
Championship results
The Czech Republic took second place with 7 points — one first-place finish and three second-place finishes. Germany came third, scoring 11 points with one second-place finish and three third-place finishes.
Ukraine's junior team also performed successfully. The team took third place in the overall standings and won a bronze medal in the hose deployment event.
