Ukraine returned four citizens from Russia and facilitated the reunification of Russian families, which was confirmed by the Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets. Humanitarian aid was also exchanged for prisoners of war.
Thanks to humanitarian agreements, Ukraine has returned four of its citizens from Russia. At the same time, Ukraine has helped to the departure to Russia of Russian citizens to travel to Russia for family reunification. This was announced by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets, reports UNN.
