Slovak carriers have temporarily stopped blocking the highway to Slovakia, allowing about 130 trucks to cross the border from Ukraine after 10 p.m. yesterday, reports Andriy Demchenko. The duration of the resumption of normal traffic flow has not yet been determined.

Yesterday, after 22:00, the traffic of trucks traveling from Ukraine to Slovakia intensified. As of this morning, about 130 trucks have crossed the border to leave Ukraine. This was reported by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN .

We have good news, because yesterday after 22:00 on the border with Slovakia, our colleagues reported a temporary unblocking of the road leading to the border. According to him, as of the morning, about 130 trucks had crossed the border to leave Ukraine.

"The movement of trucks traveling from Slovakia to the territory of our country is still not blocked. We hope that the dynamics and intensity of traffic in the direction  "Uzhhorod - Vysne Nemecke" will continue," Demchenko said.

Slovak carriers resumed blocking trucks moving from Ukraine to Slovakia on December 11.

On December 13, it was reported that about 1,200 truckswere registered in the queue in the direction of the Uzhhorod-Vysne Nemecke checkpoint to leave Ukraine.
