Thunderstorms and a sharp cold snap to cover most regions of Ukraine - Hydrometeorological Center

On May 13, a cold front will bring rain with thunderstorms and squalls to Ukraine. In the western and northern regions, temperatures will drop to 13-18 degrees Celsius.

On Wednesday, May 13, most of Ukraine will see cloudy skies with some clear spells. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

According to meteorologists, unstable weather with rains of varying intensity, local thunderstorms, and squalls across most of Ukraine will be caused by an active cold atmospheric front. This front will continue to move eastward, stretching almost meridionally from the Baltic to the Black Sea through our northern, central, and southern regions.
Cooler air will spread behind the front. Pressure and humidity will fluctuate
It is noted that during the day, thunderstorms are expected in most central and southern regions, with heavy rain in some places and squalls of 15-20 m/s in certain areas.
The wind will be northwesterly, and southeasterly on the Left Bank, at 7-12 m/s. Temperatures in the western, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Kyiv regions will be 13-18°, while the rest of the territory will see 17-22°
In Kyiv and the region on May 13, it will be cloudy with some clear spells and rain. The air temperature will be +14°...+16°.
