Kyiv • UNN
Ukrainians will be able to apply for financial compensation through the eRestoration program not only through the Diia app, but also through ASCs and notaries.
Ukrainians will be able to apply for financial compensation through the eRestoration program not only through the app, but also through the Centers for Administrative Services and notaries. This was announced by the Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov, UNN reports.

"The updated mechanism will help those citizens who previously could not apply for a license on their own, such as people with disabilities or minors. This is made possible by the option of submitting an application through an authorized representative," Kubrakov said.
To apply, you need to:
apply to the ASC or a notary with only an identification code, passport and e-mail;
in case of a privileged category, provide a document confirming it;
if the application is submitted by an authorized person, there must be a power of attorney to execute the transaction.
Kubrakov added that any ASC in the government-controlled territory can accept the application. It does not have to be a center in the same community where the damaged housing is located.
"However, I emphasize that in order to submit an application through an ASC or a notary, the housing must be registered in the State Register of Property Rights. This is a prerequisite," the minister added.
As a reminder,
In May, the second stage of the state program "eRestoration" was launched, which provides compensation for housing damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
