Since the beginning of the year, the program has disbursed 5,408 loans worth UAH 9.2 billion. 72.6% of loans were issued for housing on the secondary market, with the majority of borrowers being military personnel and law enforcement officers.
Since the beginning of the year, Ukrainians have taken out more than 5.4 thousand mortgages under the state program "eHouse", with 72.6% of loans for housing on the secondary market, at 7% - almost a third of all loans issued this year, UNN reports, citing the Ministry of Economy.

"Since the beginning of the year, 5,408 loans worth UAH 9.2 billion have been issued under the eHouse affordable loan program," the agency said.
"The vast majority of those who have taken out a loan at 3% per annum are contract servicemen of the Armed Forces and security forces. Teachers, doctors and scientists also receive mortgages at 3%. Other categories of citizens can also take advantage of this program, for which the interest rate is 7%," said Deputy Minister of Economy Nadiia Bihun.
In particular, we have received loans since the beginning of the year:
- Military and security personnel - 2791
- The category of “Other citizens” is under 7% - 1372
- Teachers - 405
- Medical workers - 401
- Veterans at 7% - 167
- IDPs at 7% - 154
- Scientists - 118
Thus, 1,693 housing loans under the eOselya program were taken at 7% interest rate, or 31.3% of the total amount issued this year.
It is noted that since the beginning of the year, 3927 loans have been issued for the purchase of housing in the secondary market, 1481 - for first-time buyers, of which 309 are under construction. Ukrainians also purchased 267 private houses under the eHouse program.
"In total, over 11.7 thousand Ukrainian families have been able to purchase new housing since the program's inception, receiving loans worth over UAH 18.6 billion," the Ministry of Economy said.

Today, the affordable lending program is available to representatives of certain professions as well as citizens who do not own housing or want to improve its conditions. For contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, teachers, doctors and scientists, the preferential rate is 3% per annum. For other categories - combatants, veterans, IDPs, and other citizens - the mortgage rate is 7%.
The eHouse program was launched in October 2022. The program is implemented by the Ministry of Economy jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Ukrfinzhytlo. The partner banks of eOselya are Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Globus Bank, Sky Bank, Ukreximbank, Sense Bank, and Credit Dnipro Bank.
