The Verkhovna Rada passed in the first reading a draft law that standardizes Ukrainian legislation to European norms by amending various laws and standardizing procedures.
The Verkhovna Rada has voted in the first reading to amend the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure" to standardize Ukrainian legislation to European norms, UNN reports, citing MPs Yaroslav Zheleznyak and Oleksandr Honcharenko.
The Verkhovna Rada has passed an important European integration bill No. 10161 in the first reading. This decision helps to implement the Law on Administrative Procedure. It standardizes Ukrainian legislation to European norms
According to him, the draft law amends dozens of laws, including the provisions of the Law on Administrative Procedure, which unifies terminology and clarifies procedures.
According to Zheleznyak, the adoption of the draft law is an important change for European integration. The document was supported in the first reading by 318 MPs.

In May, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure" developed by the Ministry of Justice.
On December 15 , the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure" came into force , bringing Ukrainian legislation closer to the standards of the European Union and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
