The US warns of the end of the DPRK regime in case of use of nuclear weapons

The United States warned that a nuclear attack by North Korea would lead to the end of the Kim regime and assured that it would respond decisively to any DPRK aggression.
The use of nuclear weapons by North Korea will be the end of the the ruling regime. This is stated in the White House statement following the meeting of the of the joint nuclear advisory group of the United States and South Korea, UNN reports.

The United States has reaffirmed its commitment to deter possible aggression of the DPRK, backed by the full range of US capabilities, including the nuclear component.
Any nuclear attack by North Korea against the United States or its allies is unacceptable. States or its allies is unacceptable and will lead to the end of the Kim regime. The U.S. side reiterated that any nuclear attack by the DPRK against the Republic of Korea will be will be met with a swift, overwhelming, and decisive response
Context
North Korea regularly conducts training and test ballistic missiles capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. In October, Pyongyang threatened to launch a nuclear strike on a US aircraft carrier off the coast of South Korea.
On November 21, the DPRK launched a reconnaissance satellite. In response, on November 22, the Republic of Korea announced a partial suspension of the inter-Korean agreement on reducing tensions. This measure concerned the provision on no-fly zones. On November 23, the DPRK Ministry of Defense announced that it would no longer comply with all agreements and would resume the use of measures prohibited by the document.
