Today, Russia attacked Odesa, hitting, among other things, a 3-storey and a 17-storey residential building. In the morning, two people were reported dead, but one more has just been reported. The State Emergency Service rescued 23 people from a 17-story residential building, Kiper added. The shelling also damaged a lyceum in the town.
"Luckily, there were no children in the school, they are on vacation, and all the employees were in a shelter during the alarm, so there were no injuries," said the head of the OVA.
