The Ministry of Health has unified medical examinations for admission to school and health facilities. A child can undergo all basic examinations at a family doctor.
The Ministry of Health of Health has adopted a unified procedure for medical examination, according to which examinations for enrollment of a child in an educational institution, children's health and and recreation centers, a family doctor is responsible for the examination. This is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Health.
From now on, a child can undergo all basic examinations at a family doctor. A primary care doctor's examination includes taking anamnesis, a full physical examination, checking for signs of acute illness or chronic conditions, as well as measuring height and weight, examining visual acuity, hearing (whispering), posture, and plantography

It is indicated that on the basis of based on the examinations, the family doctor forms a generalized conclusion about the health status, provides recommendations on the level of physical activity, and recommendations for additional examinations. Also, based on the results of such medical examinations, documents of a single form will be issued, but in order to receive a certificate, the child must receive all vaccinations in accordance with the National Vaccination Schedule.
