In honor of the visit of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to Paris, the Eiffel Tower was illuminated with the yellow and blue colors of the Ukrainian flag. This is reported by UNN.

During the first day of his visit to Paris, Zelensky met with French President Emmanuel Macron. In particular, he thanked his colleague and his country for their unwavering, very principled and tangible support for Ukraine - in particular, for the provision of Mirage aircraft and a new defense package of 2 billion euros.
"Volodymyr Zelensky and Emmanuel Macron coordinated their positions on the eve of the meeting of European leaders, which will take place in Paris on Thursday at the initiative of the French President. The Ukrainian side expects, in particular, a transition to a meaningful, operational filling of the discussion on security guarantees and the deployment of partner contingents in Ukraine," the President's website reports.
