The circle of persons eligible to apply to the International Register of Losses has been expanded

The Diia portal has expanded the possibilities for submitting applications to the International Register of Damage. This is now available to owners of damaged housing without registered ownership and in the occupied territories.

The circle of persons who can apply to the International Register of Losses has now been expanded. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Reintegration. 

Details

The corresponding service on the Diia portal has also become available to owners of damaged or destroyed housing who hav

  • ownership is not registered in the Register of Property Rights;
  • no certificate of damaged property from the local authorities and did not apply for the eRestoration program;
  •  a dwelling in the temporarily occupied territories or in the combat zone.

As a reminder, in order to submit an application to the International Register of Losses, you need to:

1. Register or log in to the citizen's account on the portal Action.

2. Fill out the application.

3. Sign the application with an electronic signature and send it.

Addendum

Starting in August, Ukrainians will be able to submit an application to the International Register of Losses in 12 new categories. In particular, it will be possible to submit a claim for loss of life, internal displacement, and damage to critical infrastructure.
