The Cabinet of Ministers allowed to book clergymen

The government has classified religious organizations as critical enterprises and allowed the booking of clergy upon application by the State Emergency Service. Reservations will be made through Diia without restrictions on number and salary.
The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution that classifies religious organizations as critical enterprises and allows them to book clergy at the request of the State Service for Ethnic Policy and Freedom of Conscience (SESF). This is reported by UNN with reference to Resolution No. 1498 of December 26.
Details
According to the decree, all military-conscripted clergymen will be subject to reservation according to the list of positions approved by the State Emergency Service.
Booking or cancellation of the deferment of clergy will be made through the Diia portal or by an electronic application for cancellation of the reservation of a person liable for military service, which is generated by the SES.
Clergymen will not be subject to the limitation of booking no more than half of the employees, but the deferral is subject to cancellation in case of dismissal from the position of a clergyman at the request of the SES.
For religious organizations, the salary limit of 20 thousand hryvnias is excluded for booking purposes.
The resolution also classifies legal entities - religious organizations in accordance with the list and criteria approved by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine - as critical to the functioning of the economy and the livelihood of the population.

The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted two resolutions amending the booking rules. In particular, dentists and prosthetists can be booked for the period of martial law, and the ministries that will be able to determine the status of a critical enterprise have been identified.
