The President signed a decree on including Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara in the NSDC.

Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 797/2026 "On Changes to the Composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine."
To approve the following individuals as members of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine: Andrii Ivanovych Sybiha – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine; Yevhenii Leonidovych Khmara – Minister of Defense of Ukraine
This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
