Along with that, Sybiha noted that from the Russian side, in response to this, only additional demands and conditions were heard, which indicates that it is Russia that is an obstacle to peace and the only source of war.
The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry cited specific cases of Moscow's violation of ceasefire agreements regarding energy facilities. And he emphasized that the ceasefire in the Black Sea should extend to port infrastructure and does not apply to Russian warships.
Sybiha also stated that Ukraine insists on stopping attacks on civilian infrastructure and conveyed the corresponding position to the American side.
We are convinced that it is time to increase pressure on Russia. Economic pressure through sanctions. Military pressure through the provision of additional military assistance and deterrence packages to Ukraine. Pressure is the only way to force Russia to take peace seriously
The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed gratitude to the allies for their support of Ukraine and the increase in the volume of military assistance during the first months of 2025.
