Thus, the Capital Construction Department of the Lviv Regional State Administration announced a tender for the project of restoration and rehabilitation (revalorization) of the objects of the complex of the 18th century architectural monument of national importance, ex. No. 376 of St. George's Cathedral in Lviv. According to the document, it is planned to improve the territory of the upper and lower courtyards, restore the bell tower, gates and fences, complete the restoration of the Metropolitan Chambers, and arrange a detour of the northern and western buildings of the chapter house. Also, adjustments to the engineering network and landscaping of the surrounding area.
The tender was published on November 16, with the auction starting on November 27.
The expected cost of the works is UAH 31,716,420.00. The size of the minimum price reduction step is UAH 158,582.10.
