According to the press service, Kyivstar's network is recovering from the largest cyberattack in the telecom industry. More than 90% of mobile base stations in the government-controlled territory are in working order.
Kyivstar subscribers have access to voice communication, but in some settlements there are still short-term difficulties. Home Internet service is also available. Mobile data services have been restored. This was reported to UNN by Kyivstar's press service.
According to the press service, Kyivstar's network is being restored after the largest cyberattack in the telecom industry. More than 90% of mobile base stations on the territory controlled by Ukraine are in working order.
Subscribers have access to voice communication and the "Home Internet" service is available. Mobile data services have been restored. Thus, Ivano-Frankivsk was the first region where Kyivstar restored mobile Internet. The network will be stabilized and services will be restored gradually to avoid network overload. Some localities still experience short-term difficulties with the quality of voice communication, but our specialists promptly eliminate them
Kyivstar's press service reminded that if your SIM card is not registered in the network, you need to restart your phone or turn airplane mode on and off.
